The brewery

Our Brewery, Hub City Brewing, is in the Heart of Jackson Tennessee! Our 100-year-old building has been many things before our home, but an early 1900s Ford Model T Showroom is by far the coolest. All of our brews at Rock’n Dough are Envisioned, Crafted, and Distributed right here!

The Brewers

Cody Stooksberry and Gordon White are the mad scientist masterminds behind all of your favorite Rock’n Dough and Hub City Brews! Old-world brewing knowledge mixed with new-aged processes, equipment, and ingredients gives them near-limitless powers to craft unique and delicious concoctions!

The System

We run a 10-barrel brewhouse at the brewery. This means that we can brew 10 barrels of beer at one time. That may seem like a lot of beer but Tennessee is thirsty! Our brewers are non-stop brewing to keep up with our restaurant and distribution demand! Once we brew the beer it goes into one of our 10 - 10 barrel fermentors or 2 - 30 barrel fermentors. There it will create alcohol by chilling out with some yeast until it’s ready to keg, can, and ship all over Tennessee!

It doesn’t matter how amazing our building or our brewers are… it’s 100% about the beer! We focus on quality and staying true to the style, honoring those who came before us while adding our creativity and expression.
